Project X Movie Review : Movie Review - Project Power (2020) : Project x is one of the most exciting movies i've watched since the beginning of the summer.. Sidewalks' mika and richard have their reviews of the wild project x. The movie can be compared to american pie, super bad etc with it's really american humour and classic story line. But who needs some deep, convoluted plot when there's a party this huge filling the screen? I know i'm a year too late in reviewing this film. Project x is not a great movie because its screenplay doesn't really try for greatness.
2 1/2 dogs/stars is way too generous in my opinion. In the vein of films like superbad and the hangover, project x takes advantage of the simplicity of a party and runs with it. First off, thanks for the mention. This movie is so much fun, and as much as it makes me want to go to a party, i would never act so ridiculously as portrayed in project x. Project x is madness, not only in its subject matter, but in its merit.
